Refund Policy

Overview

This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be available for purchases of People Also Asked, how to request a refund, and how cancellations work.

1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you purchase a paid subscription to People Also Asked for the first time, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date.

This 30-day money-back guarantee applies to the initial purchase of a subscription unless otherwise stated at checkout.

2. Subscription Renewals

Subscription renewals are not automatically refundable.

If you believe a renewal payment was taken in error, or if you would like us to review a renewal charge, please contact us as soon as possible after the renewal date. Renewal refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

3. Cancelling Your Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

If you cancel, your subscription will usually remain active until the end of the current billing period, and then it will not renew.

Cancelling a subscription stops future billing, but cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.

4. How To Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at [email protected] and include:

  • the email address used for your purchase;
  • your Paddle order reference, if available; and
  • a short description of the issue.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.comPaddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle.com provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

You may also receive communications from Paddle in relation to billing, refunds, and payment support.

5. How Refunds Are Processed

If a refund is approved, it will usually be returned to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.

6. Non-Refundable Situations

Unless required by law, we may refuse refund requests in situations such as:

  • requests made outside the applicable refund window;
  • repeated refund requests that suggest abuse of the policy;
  • misuse of the Service or breach of our Terms of Service; or
  • charges where a refund is not required by law and no error has occurred.

Nothing in this policy affects any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

If you experience a technical problem, billing error, or unexpected charge, please contact us before disputing the payment where possible. We will do our best to investigate and help resolve the issue quickly.
